The weather this weekend was nothing short of perfect. Sun out, light breeze, not too hot. It's times like this that i fall in love with Arizona all over again!
I had planned to do a run on Saturday, but the day got away from me as i decided to do every errand under the sun. So yesterday, Tom & I hit up Tempe Town Lake for a nice run.
I've never run at the "lake" before and i'll probably be heading back soon! Nice scenery and since it was so gorgeous out, lots of people (and doggies) out & about.

Tonight, i think i am going to tackle this monster: The 500-calorie burning treadmill workout. Looks challenging and i imagine i will be dripping with sweat afterwards!! I snagged this link/workout from the lovely SkinnyRunner's blog. If you've never read her blog before, head over there NOW.
She's hilarious and a bad-ass runner to boot. (I mean, who qualifies for Boston on their first marathon race?! That girl does.)

Let me know how that treadmill workout feels... how long is it?
I would die. My gym class started the Kelly Ripa workout, I think its from the Physique 57 dvd. She's got nothing on Jillian. I felt like Bambi on ice for 3 days afterwards. At least you can feel quick results.

My brother and I moved to the states for college. We actually ended up going to the same school, and lived about 5 min away from each other. I stuck around after college; my little brother is still in school, and is doing the whole dreaded "job hunting" thing right now.
how'd that workout go? I think I'm gunna try it tonight thanks for posting it!
