Taking the plunge....

Well kids, i've done it.

I bought Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred.

I have heard so much about it over the blogosphere & a friend recently tried it - i thought i should hop on the bandwagon, too.

HOLE. LEE. CRAP.

I did level 1 for the first time last night and let me tell you: i was dripping with sweat when i was done! Anxious to see what changes will be made in a month...

Haven't given up on running! But i think i'll let Jillian kick my ass into shape for a while...

That's awesome. I like doing the
1st and 3rd level. It's a killer workout.

I sometimes do some of her workouts that are On Demand... holee crap is right! There is always a lot of sweat, followed by sore muscles :)

I heard it kicks your butt! I want to try it this summer. I love the Biggest Loser. When I'm out running I always tell my friends "Don't make me go Jillian on you, COME ON!"

I struggle to find the motivation to stick to DVD workouts. I have a bunch of them but rarely want to do them beyond a few times. I get bored. Or start to memorize the parts I hate...

and decide a long run would be a lot easier/ more fun ;)

That's probably not normal. Most people would rather do a DVD than run a long time. HUGE props to you if you stick with this DVD. It sounds hard!
