It's quite the scientific method.
But it worked. I knew i wasn't going to have the energy to run the full 4 miles, so this made it much more manageable. And now I'm back on the couch. Booo to Tom for getting me sick! :)
Oh and i found my costume for the next Halloween race:

aww thanks for the shout-out!! I will happily be one of your ghosts. I just googled to figure out which ghost best fit my personality and apparently the orange one is named Clyde, which is random and ridiculous, so that is who I would like to be. the end!

I do little walk/run/iPod things like that too. It makes the run much more bearable.
