Ok, so I must have just been running like a straight up crazy person on Tuesday because I didn't have any leg problems tonight. (Knock on wood.)
But thank you for all the well-wishes! Hopefully it was just a fluke and it doesn't happen again! Tonight was 4 miles. And although my time doesn't really reflect it, i feel like it was one of my stronger runs this training period. I still needed walk breaks, but during the run I felt stronger. Still not where I want to be time-wise...but I'm going to try out some speed work sessions soon and we'll see if that helps.
Turtle Times
Mile 1 - 12:54
Mile 2 - 13:46
Mile 3 - 13:52
Mile 4 - 14:53 (damn this last mile! Every. Single. Time.)
Upon getting home, Spencer immediately went for my socks. Still can't break him of this habit. What can I say, the pup likes sweaty, stinky socks.

It's hard not to watch your time. My time is around what yours is and I keep struggling to improve it as well. Keep telling myself that I should just be glad I'm out there making a go of it and not sitting on the couch. Not easy!
Same thing happens at my last mile. stupid.
I think that's hilarious about spencer! (And maybe a little gross.lol.)
Ah! Sock monster!! Our cat loves to roll all over my husband's shoes after workouts. They are a massive size 13 and could probably function as kitty kayaks if needed :) so gross!
Glad the legs were just being crabby them other night and not tonight as well. Way to go!!
My dog has a deep attachment to my sweaty workout clothes. I actually keep them piled on top of her crate (before I wash them) and that makes her actually want to go in there. Crazy dog.
Spencer just loves his momma.
Good to know you had a good run. :) That's great! Keep at it!
That's so funny about your dog and the socks! Our cats do that too and we always say they have a sock/shoe fetish. lol
My times are turtle times too! :)
