So, about that half marathon Tom & I were going to do in March....oops. I haven't been training. Well, correction. I have been working out and running, but I haven't been following a training plan like in the past. So I really think it's going to be a last minute decision if we run it or not.
Tom & I did go out for a 4 mile run on Saturday and it went really, really well! Maybe my time at the gym has paid off because we were running 12 minute miles without a problem!
Anyone in the Arlington, VA area? Because I command you to do this race!! I wish they would do something like that here in Phoenix!

I wish I was closer to that race! I'd have to walk it, thanks to an injury but I'd SO do it!
what a fun race! Now you've got me wanting to see if there's a race like that near me :)
So normally I just stalk people's blogs and don't write but this post made me want to break that wall. I ran that race last year. First race ever, my boyfriend made me do it. It sucked (not because of the race, but because I hadn't run more than for when I was late for the bus in years). The event itself was great, but he's deployed and not here so I was going to skip it this year. But a blanket? Really? You just made up my mind! :)
Sounds like a fun race. Do you live in Phoenix? I live in Gilbert, I found a comment from you on my blog from last year. I don't know many blogger/runners from AZ.
